Het herstelt Big Brother & The Holding Company's visie en oorspronkelijke bedoeling met deze in wezen nieuwe collectie van 30 zeldzame uitvoeringen waarvan 29 studio outtakes (25 nooit eerder verschenen) van de mytische 1968 sessies die hebben geleid tot Big Brother & The Holding Company's Cheap Thrills. Deze 2-cd bevat ook een niet eerder uitgebrachte live uitvoering van ""Ball and Chain,"" opgenomen in de Winterland Ballroom op 12 april 1968.
