Dit is een in Nederland beperkt leverbare versie van High Hopes. Deze versie bevat als extra een bonusDVD met daarop de volledige live-uitvoering van Bruce's album Born in the USA zoals Bruce en de band dat op 30 juni 2013, tijdens de Wrecking Ball tournee, in het Londens Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park speelden.

De cd bestaat uit 12 tracks waar zeven nieuwe, niet eerder verschenen, nummers. De overige vijf nummers zijn: drie covers van The Havalinas (High Hopes), Suicide (Dream Baby Dream) en The Saints (Just like Fire Would), een erg mooie, samen met Tom Morello gespeelde, nieuwe uitvoering van The Ghost of Tom Joad en één track welke Bruce vaak live speelt en eerder op Live in New York City stond (American Skin).
