Dit is de 50th Anniversary editie van het mega beroemde 'Tubular Bells' album van Mike Oldfield. Deze jubileum editie bevat het originele album, gemastered in de Abbey Road studios, aangevuld met een aantal bijzondere bonustracks, bestaande uit 'Tubular X', dat Oldfield in 1998 opnam voor het soundtrack album van de serie The X-Files, de originele single versie (Theme From Tubular Bells), 'Tubular Bells/In Dulci Jubilo (Music for the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games)' en de nog nooit eerder uitgebrachte track 'Tubular Bells 4 Intro'.
