The Paper Kites brengen hun zesde album 'At The Roadhouse' uit op 1 september. ‍ In juli 2022 speelde de band een residentie van een maand in het kleine Australische stadje Campbells Creek. De groep trad op als huisband in de kleine bar en speelde een reeks gratis onaangekondigde concerten terwijl ze aan hun nieuwe plaat werkten. Op het nieuwe album staan ​​alle 16 uitgevoerde nummers van 'At The Roadhouse'.
