De tracks zijn opgenomen in augustus 1976 in de Emerson, Lake & Palmer's Manticore Studios in Fulham en deze sessie legt feilloos de rauwe synergie vast van de vroegste line-up van de band als trio die bestond uit Lemmy Kilmister, “Fast” Eddie Clarke en Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor.
